My approach
As a bilingual psychologist, I value the ways culture, family, language, and lived experiences shape who we are. I know that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally responsive, while still feeling grounded, respectful, and real.
My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel safe enough to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating meaningful change.
